With summer coming to an end it’s almost time for the new chess season. Our first club night of the year will be on Monday 16th September,
New members and visitors are always very welcome and I look forward to seeing lots of old and new faces.
We’ll also be holding our AGM on the 23rd, with the short formal part followed by the always enjoyable cheese + wine quickplay evening.

I am afraid that the club will close over the summmer (June-Aug) and reopen in early September. Please check our website or follow us on X/Twitter for some of the social events we have planned over the summer.
